Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Your Shop Desk at yourshopdesk.com is built and run by Clickflame. Shop Desk, the shop software, is operated by Supercanic LLC, a California limited liability company. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the people behind this site and Shop Desk. You can reach us at hello@yourshopdesk.com.

What Our Forms Collect

Our forms ask for your name, your business or shop name and your phone number. Some also ask for your email, your trade and a few words about how your business runs. There is also a box you can tick if you want text messages. We only get what you type in.

How We Use It

We use your details to reply to you, call you back and talk with you about Shop Desk or a custom build. We keep them only as long as we need them for that. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent it or trade it.

Text Messages

If you tick the text box on a form, Shop Desk (Supercanic LLC) may text you about Shop Desk at the number you gave. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors who support the service, such as our messaging provider.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not use Google Analytics or any ad tools, and it does not set cookies to track you. Some pages have a video from YouTube. It loads only when you press play, and YouTube may then set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. We do not sell your personal information.

Ask About Your Information

To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@yourshopdesk.com.
