Our work

Twelve Desks. Eight Trades. No Two Alike.

We built a desk for our own shop first. Every business since has had its own shape, and every desk has been fitted to it.

Every screen below is a real desk. Every customer, job and price in the pictures is invented.

Live desk Auto repair · California, and mobile across nine states

Supercanic

Our own shop. Where the desk was born.

The challenge

Nineteen technicians across nine states, a board that has to be right at seven in the morning, and a phone that rings whether anyone is free or not.

What we built

  • A morning board of every job, with a photo of every car on it
  • Quotes and signed approvals from the customer's phone
  • A job card built for the technician's pocket
  • Invoices paid from a link

  • A trips board, a calendar and a map of where the fleet is headed
  • A private trip page for every renter, from pickup to return

New York Intelligence Agency

Cases, not cars. In business since 1989.

The challenge

Surveillance, background checks and bug sweeps. None of it fits software that thinks every job is a vehicle.

What we built

  • Screens that say case, matter and venue
  • A case that closes without a plate or a VIN
  • A desk line of its own for new enquiries

JC's Mobile Headlight Restoration

The challenge

Fast driveway jobs, and software that kept asking repair shop questions nobody has time for.

What we built

  • A job card that asks what this work needs, and nothing else
  • No odometer, no engine, no garage page about two headlights
  • Quote, approval, job and payment from one phone

Silver State Locksmith

A service area business with no counter.

The challenge

Years of marketing that worked left several phone numbers feeding one line, and leads that had to be credited right.

What we built

  • Every call and text on one board
  • A front desk that answers by itself
  • Each lead credited to the source that earned it

Built as a demo Pool service · Hemet, California

Alpha Pools

A route business, where the property is the record.

The challenge

A pool route is the same stops every week. What changes is the water, and nobody can see a trend on paper.

What we built

  • A route board where only the stops that need you stand out
  • Service stops with readings, a photo and what was done
  • Water and equipment kept as records, stop after stop

Built as a demo Dental compliance · Nationwide

EHR1

An AI front desk that texts dental offices and books the call.

The challenge

Dental offices ask for help, then go quiet. The follow up has to be fast, polite and sound like a person.

What we built

  • A first text in the owner's own words
  • Replies that learn what the office actually needs
  • Calls booked straight onto the calendar
